Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" — The jin123 online sportsbook, casino, and associated services accessible at jin123.cam and any related mobile or desktop interfaces.
• "Member" — Any individual who has successfully registered and maintains an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created by a Member upon completing the registration and KYC process, through which all Platform activities are conducted.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of verified funds denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Member's account, including real-money funds and any credited bonuses separately identified as such.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or matched deposit credit applied to a Member's account as part of a jin123 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity and document verification process required by jin123 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to the processing of withdrawals.
• "Wager" — Any real-money bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — Account-level controls including deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion, as described in Section 8.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to customer support hours, promotional schedules, and draw times unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the jin123 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jin123 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy across all products and services.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, and legal entities may not register accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction whe re online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, or where jin123 is not permitted to operate.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jin123 or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or gaming studio partners.
• You have not previously had a jin123 account suspended or permanently closed for a terms violation.

jin123 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify ongoing eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jin123 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

KYC Verification is required before jin123 will process any withdrawal request. The following documents are typically required:

• Identity Document: A government-issued photo ID such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered account name in your banking app).

jin123 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documents during WIB business hours. Members will be notified by email once verification is complete or if further documents are required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. jin123 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify jin123 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jin123 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name.

jin123 does not accept deposits made using funds sourced from credit facilities, loans, or payment methods belonging to a third party. Deposits made from an unverified or third-party source will be returned to the originating account, less any irrecoverable transaction fees, and the relevant account may be subject to review.

Deposit limits may be set voluntarily by Members as part of the Platform's Responsible Gaming Tools (see Section 8). jin123 also reserves the right to impose deposit limits on specific accounts at its discretion for compliance or risk-management purposes, with notice provided to the affected Member.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is successfully completed.

All withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account, provided that the account is registered in the Member's verified name. jin123 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts registered to a different name, or payment methods with no prior deposit history on the account.

Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled bank maintenance, or when additional verification is required for a specific transaction. jin123 targets completion of all standard withdrawal requests within the stated windows on a best-efforts basis.

jin123 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or a pending KYC review. The affected Member will be notified and provided with a path to resolution.

jin123 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to eligible Members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonus offers are available only to Members who are fully registered and have completed the minimum required verification level specified on the promotion page.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus wagers are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity window and are removed from the account balance.
• jin123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses claimed in bad faith — including through coordinated account abuse, artificial wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or any form of matched-betting scheme targeting jin123 promotions — will be voided and the associated accounts may be permanently closed.

All games available on the jin123 Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — operate under the rules published within the respective game interface or product information section. In the event of a conflict between in-game rule text and a general Platform policy, the in-game rules take precedence for that specific product.

jin123's sportsbook markets — including pre-match and live betting on BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia internationals, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), badminton tournaments (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the Sportsbook Rules document, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.

Return to Player (RTP): Slot game RTP rates are disclosed in each title's information panel. The published RTP reflects the long-run theoretical return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes. All slot and crash game outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. jin123 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Disputed Results: In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, display error, or game server failure — the result recorded on jin123's game server is the authoritative record. Where a fault prevents a result from being recorded, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's balance. jin123's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

jin123 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and sustainable gaming environment. The Platform provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible to all Members at any time via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Define a maximum continuous play session. A reality-check notification is delivered at the chosen interval.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent in the current session and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account from the Platform for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jin123 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of winnings, and referral to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, or move funds derived from criminal enterprise.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits. Any winnings identified as resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic aid to place wagers without genuine human decision-making input.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage schemes, or coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting — targeted at jin123 promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jin123 support staff or other members of the Platform community.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where jin123 has not been authorised to operate.

All content on the jin123 Platform — including but not limited to the jin123 brand name and logo, website design, layout, typography, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of jin123 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any purpose outside of normal personal use.

Game titles, graphics, and associated assets available on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective studios — including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — and are licensed to jin123 for operation on this Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of such content is a violation of the rights of those studios.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jin123 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a Member's own decision to wager.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond jin123's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network — rather than jin123's own systems.
• Errors in odds displayed due to data feed latency or human input error, where jin123 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a clearly erroneous price and return the staked amount.

Nothing in this section limits jin123's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jin123 holds its international gaming licence. jin123 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing authority.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to additional legal restrictions in your jurisdiction of residence — including Indonesia — and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws. jin123 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access to and use of the Platform is at your own legal risk.

Any dispute between a Member and jin123 that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with our customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the competent arbitration body specified by jin123's licensing authority, and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

jin123 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, jin123 will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and/or by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Member's account, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jin123 support. Any wagers placed or promotional offers claimed before the effective date of a revision remain governed by the terms in force at the time of that activity.
